Bought as a birthday gift for a known '' pudding monster '' and went down a treat

I enjoyed the pies but thought customers should be aware of a few minor details. The packaging employed protected the pies in transit but would not be suitable for more than a few days. The packaging made no reference to storage in or out of the fridge or freezer, In my view the content and topping were excellent but the pie crusts would have benefitted from a little more cooking. When removing the pies from the foil trays a lot of the crust stuck to the foil. I do not know if it would be practical but I would have preferred the pies to be individually packed as if for picnics, lunch boxes or storage. It would be nice also to have a choice of fillings.

Make a wonderful pudding with some fresh cream! Great way to impress guest when you invite them for dinner!
