Worth the purchase.
My son has been having a hard time breathing during football. So I purchased this one and it’s been helping. He doesn’t get out of breathe as fast. We love the case because he can take it places and not have to worry about germs. It is also the second one I bought I bought the first one at Walmart for my oldest. This one has the case and is cheaper. So no brainer was worth the money.

Actually works!
Joining the military soon and I needed to control my breathing and strengthening my breathing while running. I use this walking around at work or home. 10 minutes here, 3 minutes there. Off and on while watching a movie. No real set time. I turn it completely shut so I can't breathe out at all. Then turn it just enough to get air flow. Sometimes I plug my nose just to make sure I'm breathing in and out correctly. It'll suck for a while, but 3 days or so in you'll notice a difference. ONLY draw back is the slobber that can collect on the mouth piece lol

Could have more resistance
Very nice product. I have no issues with my lungs so I was hoping for something a little more challenging. I can see how someone with lung issues can benefit from this. But if you’re in decent shape I’d go for something more challenging. Maybe not this specific brand but something close.
