Review: Excellent Product - Just got my stretch wrap dispenser in today and have already gave it to my team to use and they enjoy the light weight & durability of it. It also performs better than other ones that I have purchased in the past.
Review: Feels solid, sturdy, and well-built. - I've unpacked it and it is very sturdy. It has the look and feel of a well-built item. The bottom black base is metal and solid, the handles are foam padded and comfortable, and it feels weighty in your hands; not like something flimsy that feels like it's going to fall apart after some use. It took a few minutes to figure out how to install the roll (it would have been nice to have at least a sketch of how to do it), but once we got it, we realized how easy it was to do going forward. (Unscrew the handle as it is one long screw...that's it! Don't over-tighten, otherwise the roll won't spin.) I'm looking forward to trying this out on our pallets.

**Q: What is the dimension of the grip handles?**
A: 12 & 18” long

**Q: What are the differences between this model and the Palpak100?**
A: The palpak100 has a shorter stretch film handle and the 200 has longer one so you don’t have to bend over as far to start wrapping from the bottom of the pallet going up. The handle is also tapered for a better grip.

**Q: When you say it goes up to 18" film, is that also including the 1/2" inner tube that brings the overall length to almost 19"?**
A: It will work, the cap has a lip that tucks into the roll..

**Q: Does this come with a roll of shrink?**
A: No shrink wrap included

Got this for my boyfriend he works as an order selector in a big warehouse. They expensive robots that wrap pallets. Everyone hates the robots. My boyfriend loves this product.
