I just hate how often it signs you out . But I truly feel the material is solid and very helpful. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because its falling a part. My whole chapter one is literally hanging in by a thread. The pages rip out very easy after constant flipping so word of advice, go easy on flipping the pages other than that its a wonderful book to learn ultrasound physics especially if your teaching yourself! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ****UPDATE (10/04/2020) (change to 5 stars) THIS BOOK IS LIFE!!! I took my SPI on the 3rd of October 2020, and I promise you this book has it all! The questions are VERY similar to the SPI questions, there were even a couple that were the exact same from the book. I truly recommend study just this book front to back at least twice and you’ll pass the SPI with no problem! (Seriously) I don’t even care as much about the pages falling out, the book itself is amazing and very easy too understand.
