This really is the best B1 out there IMO and I can absolutely tell the difference with this product. Stomach issues improved but also got a compliment on my skin so what's not to like.

I take various versions of B1 but it is this that I find most effective. I can cope with sugar much better and my energy levels are much more stable. I take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner (my 2 meals of the day).

I purchased these because they are supposed to be easily absorbed in the brain. It bypasses certain mechanisms, which I'm not sure is completely healthy if it's messing with your body 's a way of naturally processing vitamin b1 but I thought I'd give them a try. Didn't have any adverse effects as far as I'm aware. I did get a taste of burnt rubber at the back of my throat from the capsules which is constant so it wasn't a one-off. Definitely don't recommend breaking up the capsule and eating the powder without being encased,. I'm going back to benfotamine and a multi b complex from time health instead?
