I've been buying a different brand for years .. because of price gouging .. I was forced to shop around .. I feel real fortunate that I took a chance on these .. the quantity for the price made me suspect .. I was paying .. I think I remember over $20 for 100 strips .. Very pleased with this purchase .. these strips are spot on accurate and the quantity is unbelievable compared to the other 1USE strips I was way over paying for. DYI POOL OWNERS .. so I got this for our hot tub and even at the nice low price it’s still a bit high, I have used these in the past and they work out fine as long as you follow the instructions. They’re fairly accurate and for a hot tub and pool they’re fine. I would not use them in a medical institution, however. Overall, to keep us safe in the water they do just fine.

I have used these strips for the last 10 years. The results obtained from testing indicate when my water softner is performing well. I noticed recently that there is a very short expiration date after opening the bottle--2year shelf life for an unopened bottle, but only a 3 month shelf once the bottle is opened. Since I usually only check the water hardness every month, that means that the other 97 strips will be wasted. I don't remember if the short experation date was on the previous container, but I remember they seemed to be working after several months when I lost the bottle.

Recently purchased and I am very happy with my purchase. Found it to be very useful.

It is inexpensive, fast, and easy. Accuracy is questionable though, and that is problematic for me. I think I have gotten mostly accurate readings over the last several uses, but I did not double check all the measurements to test if what I think is correct or not.I cannot rely on these tests strips for an accurate reading of free chlorine today. In the first picture, the color range result for the free chlorine test strip looks like 0-.5ppm. It is the third row (the text strip is longer than the bottle). If I solely relied on this reading, I would have added chlorine to increase the chlorine level.That would have been a mistake. Yesterday, the free chlorine reading in my pool was 3.44ppm, which is a little high. I live in South Florida, and it rained yesterday and overnight, so I expected a small drop in free chlorine, but not this. I tested the water, immediately after this test strip reading, with a digital meter, and the free chlorine reading is actually 2.51ppm.I bought this product hoping to lower the amount of times I use more expensive test strips for my digital meter. Unfortunately, that expectation was too high. I would only use this product in between tried and true testing for a red flag.

Must have for any residential pool, spa, blow up. I used these for our blow up hot tub and pool. Colors change and instructions are precise and accurate. Easy to understand. Super fast testing.
