KG Physio Yoga Mat or Exercise Mat with Bonus Strap Included. 183cm x 60cm x 1cm

It's okay, if you need something very bulky and thick. DOES NOT come with a strap, which is a shame because it is a main reason I chose it. I need it for yoga, and this is not grippy, and it's also too thick for yoga poses. More suitable for gym training. Seller is charging me return shipping for the refund, which seems unfair since 1). It's not a yoga mat, as advertised, and 2). It doesn't come with the strap, as advertised.

Lovely thick mat which is comfortable for floor work. Is a little hard to balance on for some yoga moves. One negative is the ends of the mat stay curled when you lay it on the floor so u need to flatten them down quite a while before they stay flat on the floor

This mat is lovely and thick but apparently it's more of a Pilates mat rather than a yoga mat. Due to it's thickness it is difficult to find your balance doing yoga as it's like standing on a thick duvet.

I bought this mat because I need to practice getting down on the floor and getting up again after major surgery. A normal yoga mat would be too hard and thin for this. This mat is ideal for use as an exercise mat or for a fit person to sleep on. I am very pleased with it and am confident that I will be able to use it for yoga when I feel up to it.

There's a mind boggling array of mats out there so I asked my gym buddies and checked out the options available. My body balance and Pilates instructor had this very mat so that swung it for me. I use it for those classes and it's very comfortable. Some of the time I am off the mat especially during balance exercises...it's just easier. Highly recommend and pleased with my purchase. It. ones with a carrying handle to sling it over your shoulder. I'd like to see them selling a matching carry bag to stop the mat getting wet when it's raining but that's no big deal. It's a good, comfortable mat which I like very much.

I am so glad I finally invested in a thicker yoga mat!After years of doing yoga on a standard mat, I decided to try out a thicker mat as I get a bad back and sore knees so I thought this might help me. It's so much comfier, and the quality of the mat is excellent too.I bought the pink colour and it's true to colour - a lovely bright pink, the strap that comes with it is super handy too.Only downside of having a thicker mat is it becomes slightly harder to balance on, however that might not be important depending on what you want the mat for!I can't really comment on the longevity of the product yet as I've only had it for around 6 weeks, however it seems good quality so I hope it'll last me well.

Pretty much what it says on the tin, a standard yoga mat. The colour was a little less vibrant than the picture might depict, but I'm glad it was more of a salmon than hot hot pink. I can see why other reviewers might feel it's a little thick for a yoga mat if you're doing some balancing postures, but honestly I don't feel like it makes much difference personally. Haven't used the strap yet, but glad to have one just in case.

Je suis contente de ce tapis de sol.Il est grand (convent aux personnes de grande taille), et il est épais ce qui est très appréciable, comme ceux des salles de sport je dirais. Sur mon précédent tapis, j’avais mal à la colonne vertébrale lorsque je faisais des abdos et là rien du tout, il protège bien du sol dur !Il est arrivé un peu abîmé (cf photo) mais c’est vraiment léger donc je recommande quand même.Si cet avis vous a été utile n’hésitez pas à cliquer sur « utile » dessous. Wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt ist die Matte nicht rutschfest und dehnt sich in der Länge aus. Wer einmal die Yogafigur dreibeiniger Hund (beide Hände am Boden, ein Fuß am Boden der andere Richtung Decke gestreckt) darauf gemacht hat, benutzt diese Matte nie wieder für Yoga. Diese und andere Figuren benötigt einen stabilen Untergrund, jedoch rutscht man mit dieser Matte weg weil sie sich in der Länge nach dehnt während man nach stabilen Halt sucht. Da die Matte nicht rutschfest ist, wird das ganze mit einem lauten Quietschen auf dem Boden quittiert und man versucht durch die plötzlichen Bewegungen der Matte nicht umzufallen.Diese Matte ist höchsten zum darauf liegen geeignet. Für Yoga ganz bestimmt nicht.

Comodo è comodo, stabile è stabile, morbido è morbido....così morbido che praticamente subito e con pochissimi utilizzi (3, 4 ore a settimana) sui tappetini (ne ho comprati 4) restano solchi, segni, impronte dei punti dove si è portato il peso. Un campo di guerra.NO, così non va. Costa come altri che hanno avuto una resa incomparabilmente migliore.Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto.

J'ai acheté ce tapis pour ma soeur, elle en est contente.La couleur du tapis est sympa, la poignée pour le transporter ou le ranger est bien pratique.L'épaisseur est très correcte et la texture antidérapante est bien pensée pour ne pas déraper dessus lorsqu'on fait son sport.Le seul défaut à ce tapis reste son odeur.Bon rapport qualité/Prix, je recommande !Si ce commentaire vous a intéressé ou s'est avéré utile, cliquez sur oui. La colchoneta llegó muy rota. Ni siquiera es un rasguño pequeño, se ve clarísimo. Justo al lado del nombre de la marca... Es que vuestros productos no pasan un control de calidad? O es tan mala calidad que con tocarlo se rompe?

An sich eine schöne und weiche Sportmatte,leider ist die Strapazierfähigkeit nicht gegeben....bereits nach dem ersten Workouts sind trotz geringem Gewicht von 60kg irreparable Schäden aufgetreten (siehe Bild), daher keine Kaufempfehlung.

Il materiale è buono, confortevole anche lo spessore del tappetino che permette così di fare esercizi senza dolore.Purtroppo se si tratta di esercizi da fare in staticità (ad esempio meditazione o stretching) il tappetino risulta essere adeguato, viceversa se si dovessero iniziare a fare esercizi più complessi o che comunque richiedano movimenti più intensi ad esempio Yoga dinamico, Bikram etc etc, lo sconsiglio fortemente perchè non risulta assolutamente essere antiscivolo.

No es antideslizante y se mueve todo el rato. Además se quedan las marcas y no se quitan. Probablemente en una semana la tenga que tirar a la basura. Lo único bueno es el grosor que impide que te hagas daño pero por lo demás no vale la pena gastarse el dinero. Una pena

Hallo,ich muss leider sagen dass mir die Matte zu dünn ist.Habe sie mir wesentlich dicker vorgestellt. Wollte eine dicke Matte auf der ich meine Sportübungen für Bauch, Beine und Po machen kann.Jedoch tut mir das untere Kreuz bei Bauchpressen oder Drehungen mit gebeugten Beinen weh.Sehr schade aber wahrscheinlich auch Ansichtssache :)

Pacco come sempre arrivato in tempo !L' oggetto è davvero molto utile e comodo .... Ha uno spessore maggiore di quello che mi aspettavo quindi permette di stare molto comodi facendo esercizi a terra ! È sicuramente un qualcosa che comprerei di nuovo e che mi sento di consigliare a tutti !!!

Belle couleur,tapis assez épais pour pratiquer le yoga et ma méditation. Arrivé à la date prévue.Par-contre il est légèrement abîmé.Une fois déroulé il reste un peu recroquevillé.La sangle est un élastique de part est d'autre.

Ich habe mir die Matte zum Planken bestellt da wir in der Arbeit jeden Tag 8-12 Minuten Planken.Ausgepackt bekommt man zuerst fast eine Chemische Nasenhaarentfernung. Nein Spaß beiseite - der Geruch ist sehr stark und sehr chemisch verfliegt aber nach ein paar Tagen von alleine. Ev. draußen auslüften lassen.Die Matte an sich ist groß und angenehm weich. Fühlt sich gut an und lässt sich mit den Gummis gut zusammenhalten und transportieren.Ich planke normal mit Schuhe und da erkennt man sehr schnell die Probleme der Matte denn die löst sich durch den Druck schnell auf und teile reissen heraus.Mein Kollege hat die gleiche Matte - ebenfalls von mir bestellt - der plankt in Socken und da gibt es das Problem nicht.

Ho comprato questo tappetino per fare esercizi a terra in casa.È molto più lungo di quelli da palestra è più alto e queste caratteristiche lo rendono più confortevole.Senz'altro lo consiglierei ad altri.Quando lo si srotola si trova la cinghia da trasporto, io la uso per chiuderlo e riporlo in un angolo e i due elastici laterali fanno si che il tappetino di non apra. Utile.

L'ho regalato e quindi non ho potuto provarlo o testarlo di persona, ma la persona a cui l'ho regalato sembrava entusiasta! (Sia per il colore che per lo spessore ) e abbiamo fatto yoga assieme senza intoppi 😁Unica pecca: AMAZON e i suoi scatoloni enormi ! Lo hanno messo in uno scatolone 70x100 , e il povero materassino navigava da quanto spazio aveva...Amazon , SMETTILA DI SPRECARE CARTA INUTILE che il mondo sta piangendo.

Die Matte ist einfach nur top. Matten um den selben Preis sind meist nur 4mm dick, diese hat jedoch eine Stärke von 1 cm. Die stärkere Polsterung spürt man ganz deutlich bei Kräftigungs- und Stabilisationsübungen am Fussboden. Auch ganz wichtig: die Matte ist rutschfest. Angenehm ist weiters das Trageband, welches an beiden Enden eine Verengung hat damit die Matte aufgewickelt getragen werden kann.Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!
