Fantastic Product
I used to have a waxing roller that has a cord and I am soooooo in love with this cordless model.I did see a reviewer say you don't need to go above 150 in the temperature settings, but that is not true. It will take the wax FOREVER to soften if you only got to that temp. I set it to 250 to melt the wax and then 200 when I'm waxing. I roll directly on my skin fornmt legs and it's not too hot at all. For my bikini like under arms, I roll the wax onto the strip, don't roll the wax on your skin in those areas. Highly recommend this product. Great ergonomic design and quality charging station. I also love the honey wax that comes with it!

Horrible product! Save your money
What a waste of money! I tried to wax my underarms with this product and the wax on the roller (which I had been heating up for over an hour) refused to roll onto my armpits. When I was finally able to get some wax on there it only took off like 5 hairs!! And my armpits were bright red and irritated as heck! Not to mention this product did not come with clear instructions on how to use it- I had to literally look up a youtube video because I did not know if we had to remove the "foil seal" that comes attached to the cartridge. Very disapointed with this might as well just keep shaving! Way less painful!

Wax wasn’t as strong have to go over wax many times. Takes a while to heat and cools quick .

Works great, takes time to warm
So I’m a man I use this machine to wax my legs and arms. I have is set to 199 for about 30 minutes before applying the honey wax to my body not the strips. I really enjoy this product. I hate having to shave every week so this helps lot.

Doesn't stay hot long
It wont it heat up to temp or it won't maintain temperature. wont stay hot long enough for half a leg. I do not Recommend.
