Pathetic installation. please avoid
AC will be good but installtion is pathetic. It charged me 6000 for installtion.Better avoid getting this. Go will lyyod you will get easy with all.

Fast cooling
The ambience lighting and compact design looks great in the room.Has many features like power mode and economy mode sleep mode.Performance is great cools a whole room within a minute.Remote has glow in dark and screen lighting on press.Great for a normal sized room.Go for product in my view

Excellent Purchase
Excellent purchase of Hitachi 1 Ton 5 star AC. Already had 1.5 Ton Hitachi AC from last 5 Years without any issues. 1Ton AC gave very good cooling in my 120Feet Bedroom. Cools the room quickly. Different modes including Sleep mode. 0.5 gradation of Temperature change is also welcome. Noise level is also acceptable. Service by Hitachi technician is also very Good. packaging was also very good.👍

AC is goot but copper pipe was missing and the remote was not working
The AC is working fine but the copper pipe was not included and the remote was not working properly. Had to follow up with Amazon, got them all for free.

One of the best AC with few flaws
AC as a product is very good and silent on operation. Cooling is also instant and powerful air throw.Only installation experience in tier-2 city,was not that good , technician was careless and in a hurry to just do with the installation and had a lot of tantrums.If only service people can be improved and trained how to talk with the customer politely.

Reliable AC with some useful features that gets the job done.
This product is reliable and has some useful features that gets the job done.The problem is with the help desk team unable to communicate properly with the installation team. This caused a 4-day delay for the installation. Now, who is at fault help desk or installation team? When the team finally arrived, they said they've received the request on the day they came. Once the item is delivered installation should happen within 48hr. A delay of 4 days is very frustrating. Had to call the helpdesk numerous times for the follow-up.But the installation team has done a good job though.
