I headlined this FH Group Universal Fit Memory Foam Seat Cushion "comfortable" and then "but", right? Well, ok, so here we go. First of all, the memory foam in this cushion is sort of stiff, at least, at first. I noticed that it needs to warm up from your posterior before it really starts to conform to the shape of your body. At that point, it starts to feel comfortable, and then, after using it for a few hours, I noticed that it does actually help me.Luckily, both of the front seats in my vehicle have heaters in them so that also helps to soften the memory foam in this FH Group Universal Fit Memory Foam Seat Cushion. I believe that there is a break-in period because the foam arrives a bit stiff, and, I think in some ways, that's good, because it makes me feel like for sure, this cushion comes straight from the factory and that it needs to be broken in, which I don't mind.I think everyone's body and the needs of their body is something strictly person to them and themselves alone. I've only had this FH Group Universal Fit Memory Foam Seat Cushion for about a week now, but, so far, it has already traveled over 750 miles from my home in Eastern Tennessee, all the way to visit family in New Jersey and New York (Long Island), and I've been using it the entire time. So yeah, I would say that it works really well.The one thing that it doesn't do is keep my posterior cool. It IS foam, so it's like having any type of foam cushion in any car seat since all automobiles use foam cushioning for all of their seats. That's just something you're not going to get around, unless, of course, you're driving one of those souped-up sports cars with carbon fiber or fiberglass racing seats that are as hard as stone. lol! Then you might seriously consider getting the FH Group Universal Fit Memory Foam Seat Cushion for your seat.Anyway, either way, I definitely will be recommending this seat cushion to friends and family ... and, well, obviously, to those of you who read this post of mine. It's a good value for the money and it does save your posterior an otherwise uncomfortable ride.

I started having tailbone pain about four months ago, and unfortunately, it never went away, so I've been looking for a pillow like this to alleviate pressure on my tailbone. I'm a small person, so this cushion ended up being bigger than I needed, but I still managed to make it work. It's a little too big for my kitchen chairs, too, so probably ideally suited for a larger person.One of the things I really like about this cushion is that the bottom is non-skid. It doesn't slide at all once it is placed on my wooden chairs. I get up a lot and it would be a pain in the rear (ha ha!) if the cushion slid around every time I did that. But it doesn't. The non-skid underside is very effective.The top is slightly contoured, with a higher center, and a lower back and sides, which fits the body better. This is soft memory foam material, so it does "give" quite a bit, but it still managed to keep my tender tailbone from pressing against the chair seat, so that's all I needed.The current price of $21 is a good value for this type of cushion.

It’s thin but very cushioned. I didn’t want one too thick, it makes you sit higher.Installation/setup: Take out of package, place in chair, sit.Final thoughts: I got this for my husband as his favorite chair is now about 7 years old and worn out. We can get a few more months out of it with this cushion. He has had back surgery and it’s hard to find a chair that is comfortable for him so we try to make them last. He is using it for now, and it is working. This should work well for now.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Please forgive me for the pun title, sometimes I can't help myself. BUT this cushion is super comfy and really, the cooling gel pad honestly works better than I would have ever expected!The cushion is very lightweight, and very squishy. If you are looking for a firmer cushion, this is not for you. For my needs, I prefer a more squishy soft pad to sit on rather than feel like I'm on a booster seat or something. The cooling gel, it is pretty amazing, after you sit on the cushion for a bit you can feel the coolness. It doesn't last for hours mind you, after sitting in it for a while (about half an hour to an hour) it will need to "breathe" again before it will provide the cooling sensation. This may sound underwhelming to some but it works so much better than I expected.Not much else to say...it's low profile and not an eye-sore, easy to move around as needed, and is just super comfortable.
