The only reason this is not a 5-star review is that my husband's wooden frames cracked after wearing them for only 2 days. The wood is not quite as sturdy as a metal or plastic frame. However, when I notified the company, Rachel from their customer service department immediately replied, asked for a couple of photos of the crack to pass on to their engineering department so they could figure out why this happened, and then proceeded to confirm my address. The company sent out a new pair of glasses immediately and didn't even ask us to return the cracked pair. They were super professional and friendly throughout the process.We have had NO issues with his second pair or with my pair.My husband and I both love the polarized lenses, the lightweight frames, and the look of these glasses. Additionally, the cool wooden "tube" that the glasses come in is a great for storing in your vehicle's cup holder for storing your glasses when not in use.I'll be shopping at Cloudfield again. I immediately turned to the company's customer service, and a super nice customer service representative named Rachel made sure to replace the product quickly, efficiently, and super nicely, and made sure to be in touch until the reception.
