Took a little bit to get but this is a great company to deal with . The instructions are very good and all the screws are nicely labelled . Most of the frame is solid metal which was impressive . The folding design is very smart . Our kids love the leads and the storage draws below . Has a charging port as well for call phone . Remember to test the led’s before assembling, we did not have an issue but it would be good to check that first .

Just received our bed. I read all the reviews and I was well aware the blue light was a possible issue. Well, it is for us too…and it throws off the sync of all the other lights so it ends up the top light will be different from the bottom light and you have to cycle through all the other lights to get it back on track. My son really wanted the blue lights but I told him about the possibility and he still wanted to move forward. Also the draws are VERY flimsy not sturdy at all…however, we looked for a bed at other well known stores and would have spent $1200 dollars easily and they didn’t have anything my son wanted. The ports at the top are super convenient, he loves the pocket on the side of the bed for his remotes. And that some of the lights work is enough for us to keep the bed. I will say this, the picture makes the bed look bigger than it is. My son is 12 years old, 90 pounds and 4 feet 11 inches. So for the price it will work for the next few years.

I'm a 72 yo granny with bad back problems yet I was able to complete assembly of this bed myself. If I can do it, just about anyone should be able to do it. I'll give a few of my tips. I always have to sit as much as possible when putting anything together. I included a picture of my mechanics chair for those who may be in similar situations as me. It works very well, eases the strain on your back and the tray gives you a place to put the materials and tools that you are working with. It rolls around easily. When assembling the bed make sure you have adequate room all the way around all sides of the bed. I do not recommend using any power tools to tighten anything as you do not want to over tighten and strip anything out. Just finger tight as much as you can and then use the provided Allen wrenches to snug them up. If you have difficulties getting any of them in there may be small pieces of fabric in the hole. Simply take a pair of tweezers to clean the hole out and you'll be good to go. My other recommendation is on the drawer assembly. I laid the drawer front on the slats with the hole sides up. Then I put on both of part F before putting the basket on. They are much easer to tighten with the allen wrench without the basket on. I then assembled the drawer basket and attached it to the drawer front while it was still laying on the bed. I have included a couple of pictures of what I did. Lastly I then attached the wheels and then put the liner in. This process was much easier than what was shown in the instructions. I also recommend at least a 12 to 14 inch mattress to go along with this bed. Add a couple of nice bedside tables from Amazon and you'll love your new bedroom.

Bed looks great and is easy to assemble, the drawers are a nice feature. I'm giving it three stars though because the slats provided are not enough. Despite the description saying the bed does not need a box spring and will hold 900 lbs, they flex a lot and my 70 pound son cracked one dropping down to sitting position on the bed. I'll have to replace them with something more supportive.

My girls were very excited about these beds. They are nice looking, but one had an issue with the middle support leg being bent outward- it seemed to be welded incorrectly. So, with that sticking out, the drawers won't close or latch. The girls have been using th beds for about 3 weeks. The LED lights on one of them stopped working already, and that was after they would randomly turn on and start blinking in the middle of the night, waking her up. The other bed seemed fine at first, but now the center support legs on both side of the bed have bent outward, preventing the drawers from closing. The kids only weighs 80 lbs, so that is definitely not the issue! I'm at a loss and frustrated. I can still return them, but disassembling to return seems daunting. I would not recommend these beds, especially since it wasn't a one off and there are issues with both.
