Like that it comes with 3 bands. So, as you progress you can up your resistance. Came in like next day.

These can stretch quite a bit so I don't think it matters what body size you are, they will work for you. But also there's not much of a choice since its just one size for all. The different stretch bands are actually very tight at first but feel like they kind of loosen a bit after the initial use.There are some loose strings on them so you will have to cut them off. I was afraid that it might damage the elasticity of it but doesn't seem like it did. Will keep trying them to determine the longevity of this product but it seems like it should last quite a while under normal usage.

A fantastic set of resistance bands - comes in three different resistances: Light, Medium, and Heavy. They are made of thick fabric, smooth on the outside, with rubber strips on the inside so it doesn't move or roll up when using it. Definitely the most comfortable bands I've used as most rubber ones can snag and pinch the skin.These bands come in a perfect length, not too short, not too long where it doesn't provide any resistance. They also seem to maintain their shape pretty well with heavy usage. Not too sure how they will hold up over time or if they will lose elasticity but from using them in a few workouts already, they seem to be very high quality. I would recommend these bands to anyone in the market for one.Pretty spiffy colors too and comes with a mesh drawstring bag to keep them all in once place!

I am going through physical therapy for a neck/shoulder issue. I thought some resistance bands would be helpful for my home exercises.The straps are wide and comfortable. They are soft and have two narrow strips of silicone on the inside to help the bass stay put.The degree of resistance is quite noticeable. I’ve been using light. The kids are also getting a kick out of trying to stretch the bass with their legs. The band is holding up but I’ve started to notice some puckering after big stretches. It does go back to smooth after I do a couple gentle and slow stretches. It’s does make me wonder how long the bands will last. All the more to encourage me to work towards the next band!

Nice resistance bands! I like that the 3 are labeled as light/medium/heavy. They have a nice thickness, they don't feel flimsy or like they night break.The colors are cute. It came with a small drawstring bag to keep then all together.From light --> medium is 1 step of resistance apart. The heavy band feels as if it were 2 steps in between the medium --> heavy, which is nice!My under 8 year old kid could use the light band for a few squats. I haven't tried the medium/heavy enough for a full review, but it seems great!

These Adidas Resistance bands are sturdy. I am glad to have the three different resistance level bands as it has helped me to stay fit while in the comfort of my home. I started using the lightest band to kick off my fitness journey and am now using all 3 bands. An added bonus is the bag that is provided to preserve and place them away.

3段階の負荷を選んでトレーニングで使えるバンドです。バンド自体の品質もしっかりしており、家トレのバリエーションが増えました。しっかりしたパッケージや収納用の袋もついており、この辺りはさすがAdidas！という感じでした。

小学生の息子が野球のトレーニングやストレッチで使用しています。階段の手すりにタイヤチューブを巻きつけて、レジスタンスバンドと一緒に使っていますが、サイズは小さめで子供や女性には使いやすいと思います。

adidasのメッシュ袋に一式入ったレジスタンスバンドセット。3本セットで、3段階の負荷、お色の濃さで視認性良く負荷を選べるのが良いです。さすが大手SPORTメーカー、ゴムの嫌な匂いなどなく（結構手に残る）バンドがヨレて変な癖がつくこともなく、やる気を邪魔しない造りです。こういった類のセットは使った後につい適当に置いてしまいがちなので、メッシュバッグが付いているのが本当に有り難い。外から中身が3本あるのが確認できるのも良いです。良いギアを手に入れるとやる気出ます!!

ハードは本当にハード！なので徐々にならしたり、部位によって硬さを変えたりすることができます。特に足はハードを使うとプルプルするほど！やりがいがあっていいですね。

伸縮性の違うゴムバンドの3個セット。収納用の袋も付いています。普段筋トレしていない身としては、一番緩いLIGHTでも結構な負荷を感じます。HEAVYなんて殆ど伸びません。^^;ただ、ベルト自体は柔らかな素材で、肌と接触する面にはシリコンの滑り止めが付いているので、しっかりと保持しつつ優しい使用感です。これならあまり本格的な気合を入れずとも手軽にトレーニングできると思います。
