The 52 inch Quorum windmill fan looks great and adds the touch to complete a patio makeover. I made a great decision with this purchase!

Added a new front porch, and it dresses it up , great air flow, up or down. Use it everyday.

I have an experienced electrician who has talked with both Quorum and Lights Online several times over the past few weeks to try to get TWO of these non working fans to do what they’re supposed to do. Neither of them work and it has been established that they had faulty receivers. Unfortunately LightsOnline told me they would ship the receivers and I would get a confirmation of shipment in 2 days. Never came. Now they won’t respond to emails or calls and may have not even requested the needed receivers from Quroum, which they tell me they have! So now I am out $1800 for the fans, plus all the problem solving expenses ($80 for 4 ft down rods, $50 for new remotes). Avoid this company the customer service and the products don’t seem to respond.

I have now ordered two of these. They clearly become the centerpiece of whatever room they are in.

Works wonderfully using outside on patio that is waterproof and it has a forward or up draft and backwards for a down draft

The fan didn't come with the wall switches as indicted. Customer service did send them to me but it wasn't an easy fix. We installed this ourselves, replacing an older ceiling fan. The wires didn't match up and it still doesn't work with the wall switches. We're still having to use the remotes (Hope we never loose the remotes!!). Husband is extremely handy but even this kicked his butt and now we have to hire an electrician for something that should have been an easy switch out. I love the fans. They're what we were looking for in upgrades. I just wish they were an easy switch out.

There was a noise during the installation.'boom' Since then, the ceiling fan has not operated. I want to exchange it for a normal product.

I love this fan when we got it and first put it up a year and a half ago. It quit working and we had an electrician come look at it today the motor has seized up and the van no longer will work. I have no option to return or request another motor fan from Amazon. Very very very disappointed
