The lettering and colors are printed well, and the clear glossy look of the acrylic plaque adds that extra punch of lovely. It comes in a nice protective brown box with a little bit of straw resting on the bottom (the only better would be to put the UPC code label on the bottom of the box – not the top). There is a film covering on the piece that was not difficult to remove because there was air bubbles/seams in it. Otherwise, if it laid flat it could be a challenge to take it off because there is no pull tab. The film covering is easy to recognize. The wood base is fine, nothing fancy. Just a regular piece of pine cut to fit the plaque. I would prefer a higher price point to include a wood stand that is stained a rich color or another type of stand to set off the piece. For this I docked a star (stand quality too low and price point to high).
