Easy setup
The laptop was easy to setup. The graphics are great with the game I play. The SSD is quick on defragmenting. The 512gb memory is more then enough for gaming. I have not had a lagging issue while playing. I am very happy with my purchase and the sale price was even better!! Great gaming laptop!! I would purchase it again!

Love/hate relationship
I've ordered three off these computers and this is the second one I've sent back. The one that works and is the right one works beautifully, the other two had some issues. The first one I ordered had a flickering monitor, and when I asked for an exchange they said they couldn't because they'd run out of stock, even though the same company was offering the exact same computer, with the same exact price and discount as the first, but different pictures. The second computer was fine however, and that prompted me to buy another one for my son. However, when I received it and opened it, I noticed it had an Intel sticker on it. Curious, I opened and started it up, just to find they'd sent me a completely wrong computer. Integrated Intel video card, a 1.7 GHz Intel N95, etc. Basically a $150 computer not nearly even close to what I ordered. It's clear to me what's happening now - the company hawks a few computers, some of them with defects, others - the wrong components, and just enough with the right components, just enough to charge and retain the funds until the user realizes the mistake, but by this time supplies have "sold out without the possibility of return" so the buyer had to wait until the product's return to get their money back.Since you have to wait a month for a refund - the company retains the funds from the purchase. A free loan, basically. The one computer sent to me with the correct components and in working order is a great computer, but this company has a 66% fail rate which can't be overlooked.

Breaks after a year don’t follow their own warranty
Laptop worked fine until it got close to the 1 year mark and it keeps crashing after a few minutes of login and can’t come back up until a day or 2 later for the problem to repeat so can’t really use it anymore. Tried talking with support and the insurance I got extra won’t do anything since it’s still under factory warranty and all factory warranty will do is offer me 20% of my money back even though their own website says 80% if you’ve had the product for around a year. So I’m just screwed out of a laptop and my money for people who can’t even follow their own warranty. Just don’t buy from these people at all.

Great laptop for the price. Get's my demanding jobs done.
This is a great computer for the price. It works fine with good speed. The quality of the case and hinges is on the lower end, but I really beat up my laptops in bags, airplanes, and such all of the time.

Wish I could tell more DONT BUY!
Wish I could give a detailed review on how the product is. At first out the box and setting up all the stuff I like to do it went great. Then came the updates, or shall I say the ones that installed without giving me a something didn't go as planned error message. After about 10 attempts to install windows 11, and after every attempt it giving me that error message I just stated, I gave up. I'm currently resetting everything to factory default and gonna pack it up and send it back. Also, I would advise anyone considering this laptop to copy and paste the name into youtube, and just see what they say about it coming pre-installed with malware. Watch their videos, and DO NOT buy.

Misleading: did not say display settings at 60hz
Decent laptop but cant handle high graphics games. Can’t even play low on Elden Ring (including dlc) without any freeze frames. This laptop is not that powerful as it says. You can get better gaming laptops for less. Very disappointed

Not worth 1,600 but the sale of 509 was.
This laptop is 1,600, but it is not worth it. Since there was a sale of 509 I am going to give 5 stars since that is extremely cheap. I would highly recommend buying another laptop if it is not on sale and I ensure the others will be worth your money.
