There were lots of fun times, especially with regard to the senior year festivities and Dr. Covey’s wedding, but there were also a few bumps along the road and a very tragic incident that took place. Although a very sad incident, I admired and felt an abundance of warmth by the manner in which Lara Jean dealt with this matter. Above all, these characters have permanently woven their way into my heart and I enjoyed seeing their growth throughout this entire journey immensely. This series has been an absolute pleasure to read and I’ll miss every single character something fierce - from Peter and Lara Jean’s heartfelt and swoon-worthy romance, to Kitty’s smart mouth and witty comebacks, to Chris’ blasé and free-spirit attitude, to Stormi’s lust for life. I Still Love You and Always and Forever, Lara Jean! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet ending to Lara Jean's story *by K***G on May 9, 2017* When I found out Jenny Han was continuing Lara Jean’s story, and making the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before duology, a trilogy, I was so excited! From the moment I put down P.S. I Still Love You (#2 in the series), I was very eager for more of Lara Jean’s story, and wasn’t too disappointed in this third and final installment. This surprise follow-up to Lara Jean’s story follows her through her busy senior year. She’s preparing for college, head over heels in love with her boyfriend Peter, her dad is getting married, and her sister Margot is coming home for the summer. She has made a plan, and is ready for the next chapter. But when her plans get a major wrench thrown in them, she has to decide what to do, and where to go next. I really enjoyed this last book. We got plenty of Kitty, Margot, and lovable Lara Jean. I just wish there had been more of Peter and Lara Jean together. I mean, there were scenes with them obviously, but I’m selfish and wanted more. Their relationship has really grown since the last book. They are having more meaningful conversations about deeper and more personal topics. I wanted more of that. I wanted to see more of Peter and Lara Jean discussing their hardships with each other. But I will say, that their lack of being 100% honest with each other does come into play in the book. No spoilers here – so I’m just going to leave it there. What I like about Peter and Lara Jean is the fact that they seem like real teenagers. They aren’t overly mature for their age, but they aren’t immature either. They make poor choices without thinking, but then they are really thoughtful in their decisions in other ways. I felt Han portrayed typical 17/18-year-olds very well. Lara Jean still seems a little, not immature, but maybe childish, in the way she sometimes acts/thinks in the book. I’m not sure if it is Lara Jean the character, or just how Jenny Han writes – this is the only series of hers I’ve read. All in all, I’m really happy I read this series, and this final installment.
