I’m reviewing this product after almost 30-40 days of usage and it has been a boon at house. With seasons changing and complaints of joint pains increased my elders used heatronics heating pad with ease, the temperature controller is made with sturdy and high quality plastic which feels premium the button on it has a click which for elders were an added benefit. The fabic is soft and feels good on the skin and it is highly bendable which makes useful for all kind problems it can rolled and placed on my wife’s office chair to relive her period cramps. High performance wire and its easy to use temperature controller with digital indicator and the most premium soft toy like fabric is value for money. It is truly an investment and not some random purchase.

The product is very good, It's bigger than its contemporaries in this segment,althogh it's one a few days I am using it ,but I would rate it higher than Tynor (my last heating pad) . The pros are auto cut off after 2 hours and also multiple heat settings as I had bought one with LCD . Only con as per me is the cord length is slightly shorter than Tynor , which limits the accessibility as my power point is little further. I was also confused as in Amazon it was mentioned that it had 2 years DoorStep warranty ,but the guarantee card mentioned that it has 1 year warranty that we have to send it to the company ,if it malfunction in warranty period. Would request Amazon to look into it.

I am deeply disappointed with this heating pad. Despite paying a premium price, the product ceased functioning after only one month of use. This level of quality is unacceptable for any product, let alone one in a higher price bracket. Pros: None to mention, given the short lifespan of the product Cons: Stopped working after just one month Poor value for money Questionable quality control To the manufacturer: I strongly urge you to reevaluate your product quality and the value you're providing to customers. A heating pad should be a reliable, long-lasting investment, especially when priced at a premium. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your brand. Recommendation: I cannot recommend this product to other consumers. Potential buyers should explore alternative options from more reliable brands

Not recommending as it's not helping much instead of this a physio suggested me to take warm water shower on body as that water enters into body and heal. Electric one is nut able to do that and things will not get cure.

Very good heating pad. this XL size heating pad almost covers your entire back portion and also nicely covers your waist portion. Digital control unit is also good. Please note that selecting various temp settings on digital control unit do not actually select different combination of heating elements but it controls temp by controlling switching time of single heating element. I have checked this by measuring current drawn by this heating pad at different temp settings which was same (380 milli Amp) for all setting positions. Finish of product is very good. Lucky enough to receive fresh piece instead of old or returned piece.

Very effective n easy to use. Different modes r helpful Wire is long enough and with the big belt helps cover the entire back for pain relief n cramps... Very helpful for current Delhi cold too. This is the second one I bought for my dad, at 999 it was very cost effective too.

Packing was very poor.it is costly acording to it's quality.
