Is Canyon black or dark brown?

I own 2 swanstone sinks, I don't remember the name of the color that we have, but we do not own a dark brown or black. The one we have is a sandstone color, and the other one a light beige. We absolutely love our two sinks though, my sister has one and so does my mom.

How can I remove a scratch?

Try Dud or other type of scouring cleanser with a ScotchBrite pad if it's not too deep.

Are drain holes centered in the bottom of the bowl?

As you look at the sink, they are centered laterally (side to side). Holes are not centered front to back, much closer to rear. Swanstone's website has specifications.
