I purchased a TFO Pro 2 fly rod that was being discontinued because the pro 3s are already out. Great price but no rod case. This very nice case made my cost for discounted rod a lot higher. Still a happy camper as this will protect my lesser investment.

Have only had this for a short time, and was on the fence about purchasing it for a while... this double rod case is QUALITY!! Buy it, and u wont be disappointed! My buddies that have seen it think its great too. Keepsmyour reels safe and separate with good padding. I have a 9'6wt rod reel, and a 9'8wt rod reel in this and both fit fantastically! Cant reccomend this case by tfo enough. I do own a couple tfo fly rods and in comparison to scott/sage/etc rods, the tfo rods usually are not as good quality. This is not the "case" with this rod/reel case... is much more quality than the tfo rods. Its good stuff, buy this if u need a good double rod case, u wont be sorry.My only dislike about it is how it opens, it unzips around the reels... u pretty much have to unzip completely to get 1 rod out. This is my first double rod case, so that may just be how they work, and its anot a deal breaker, or negative enough to take a star away in my rating. Just wanted to point out a "negative" in my eyes.

I purchased a TFO rod and it only came with a straight rod tube so I wanted a holder that would also hold my rod with the reel on it. This is a basic carrier, it is sturdy and seems like it would hold up to travel. It is a bit pricier than a generic carrier but I have had really good customer service with their rods that I would rather pay a little more and be a loyal customer.

This is a nice case, the only one I have been able to find specifically made to fit an 8' four piece rod, and with dividers making a separate compartment for each of the rod sections. The fleece lining in the reel compartment is moderately heavy and should provide adequate protection in most situations. A few construction details were a bit off, but nothing serious.

Definitely sturdy to where the rod pieces will not break. I got the dual rod case (came in a dark grey without the yellow end...looks very nice). I only have one fly rod so there’s enough room to put some small supplies and flies if you want to pack light. I enjoy taking my bike and strapping down my rods, bag and other supplies. This case is stronger than anything I carry, I have no doubts that my setup is protected to the utmost.Plenty of space for each rod piece and two large arbor reals (I have a large). Carrying strap has points where you can attach additional supplies etc. very happy with this purchase and recommend to everyone with a fly rod.

I like that it is made/designed specifically for the 9 foot, 4 piece Temple Fork Outfitters fly rod.....which I have. And, now, I have a safe place to store, and carry. Seems to be well made (howbeit in Korea).....will have to wait and see how well it lasts.
