It's ok
I feel that the lumbar stretcher doesn't curve up high enough at it's max curve to my liking when it comes to stretching or cracking my lower and upper back with this on a flat surface. The stretcher is a perfect soft dense foam padding. The other half cylindrical stretcher is great on my neck though when resting on top of it.

Painful on my back and neck
No matter how many different ways I tried to adjust this back stretcher, I could not get it to a point where I actually felt a stretch without feeling like I might be jacking my back up. After trying every which way, I gave up and then the next morning, I woke up feeling sore and not in a good way. The soreness I felt was more of a "if you had pushed it anymore, you would have injured your back and neck" type of sore. The fact that there is basically no instruction on how to use this makes it even more of a mystery to me.Thinking it is maybe just me, because I am not the most flexible person, I had other people try it out and only one of my friends, who was a gymnast in college, could feel a therapeutic stretch from this. Everyone else said it was painful and they didn't want to go any further for fear they might injure their back and neck. So, hard pass for me. The last thing I want to do is hurt myself on something that is supposed to help.

instructions included seem to be for a different model?
Based on the included instruction sheet, I could not figure out how to adjust the stretcher to a less intense height (or perhaps it goes no lower, idk, the instructions suggested it should but the longer I looked the more it looked like the instructions were for a different back stretcher). Still used to some effect but it hurt more than I think it would if I had been able to ease into it.

Did not meet my expectations
I didn't like this product and I returned it for a refund. The reason I didn't like this product is primarily because it didn't meet my expectations and didn't relieve my back pain

Easy to use
Pretty hard plastic. Different settings for more of an arch or more flatter. Small steps at all time. Does feel good to lay on the floor and relax into it.

Good product just no instructions
After watching a YouTube video, this device was then easy to use. There's a bit of pain when stretching but it performs well. This is a good value for the money.

Easy to adjust
This is really good to help with back or neck pain. It helps with stretching. I have been using this for a while and have been happy. Adjusting the tension/intensity is very easy. I will recommend it if you have back pain or need help with stretching.
