This is the best liquid eyeliner there is! Also comes with a proper brush that most don’t have nowadays. I’ve been using this for years. It’s also fast drying. Far superior to more high end brands and a great price!

I’ve been using this Rimmel liquid eyeliner for a long time and always come back to it. It’s very easy to apply, even if you’re doing a quick everyday look, and it layers well if you want something bolder for the evening. Once it’s on, it stays put all day and night without smudging or fading, which is something I really value. The applicator gives good control, so it’s easy to create both subtle lines and more dramatic looks. Great quality for the price and a staple in my makeup bag.

Good budget eye liner

My partner tried quite a few liquid liners over the years, but Rimmel Glam’Eyes Professional Liquid Eye Liner genuinely surprised me for the price. The brush tip is fine and flexible, which makes it easy to control even if your hands aren’t super steady. I can create a thin everyday line for work or build it up into a sharper wing without it looking messy. The pigment is a deep, true black and doesn’t look watery or patchy. What really impressed me is the staying power. Once it dries, it doesn’t smudge, crack, or transfer, even after a full day. At the same time, it removes easily with regular makeup remover with no harsh scrubbing needed. If you want an affordable liquid liner that performs like a higher-end brand, this is definitely worth trying. Reliable, easy to use, and long-lasting.

I have used this eyeliner for at least a decade (im only 31 😩) but I love it. I tried others that would irritate my eyes or would flake or the brush wasn't good for doing more detailed or precise lines but this eyeliner and the brush is perfect for doing all sorts of styles, whether you want alt or you want vintage, or anytbing in-between, it does it all. It's super easy to apply it stays on all day (unless you cry or have watery eyes lol) but I don't need it to be waterproof I like it as is. It dries pretty quickly once applied and is very pigmented. It doesn't dry tacky or sticky and I don't even notice once it's on. The brush is long and thin. Highly recommend.

Love this colour , this is my 3rd purchase

Looks great - really thin liner, stays put all day. But unfortunately I had a reaction to it and ended up with rough skin along where the liner went. A couple applications of steroid cream and it’s a bit improved - so probably not a good one for people prone to eczema/dermatitis/sensitivities
