Smart light, lasts several days
My husband purchased this light and is able to turn it on and off without actually touching the light! It's mounted to his seatpost and looks really sleek. The other day, he picked up our kiddo from school after dark. 2 days later, I noticed the light was still on and blinking -- he'd left it going for 2 days in the garage! A testament to the battery life!

Realistic battery life only 2-3 hours
This light advertises 36 hours of battery life in the most conservative setting and between 18 and 32 hours of battery life in the other modes. Most of the flashing modes specify 32 hours in the user manual. Unfortunately, the light does not last anywhere near that long and almost always dies out before the end of my ride if I'm out more than 2-3 hours. I contacted customer service and apparently this is by design. If you use the braking feature they said you should expect only a couple of hours of battery life. This is extremely important information that is not disclosed anywhere in the advertising materials or user manual. The light looks great and works well - it just doesn't work long enough to function safely as a tail light. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Works with hair ties
I didn't think I'd like this but I love that you can just lash it to your seat post with hair ties and go. It does everything it says it does and it's well built, and also very practical and flexible.

Good and bright, quarter-turn mount is compatible with the Garmin mounts I already run
I bought this light to use on my various bikes that I have set up for using a Garmin Varia with quarter turn mount. It fits a bit tight, but it is compatible. It is quite bright and seems to work as described.

BRIGHT!!!
I have a light of the same design as this one and I figured I get another one and they would be close enough to run both at the same time..hehe..this light is at minimum twice as bright as the other one i have, so I will get another one of these and mount them side by side on my ebike plate holder..I dont care about special blink patterns etc..I want bright flash with auto brake light and this thing is that forsure...I have this this brand headlight also and if they last a few years then I will be like an old dog..loyal to the end..
