Great coffee with tons of choices in a sleek package
Euro coffee fan here. Owned Jura S9, Jura Ena micro 5, Phillips Lattego 4400 and multiple pod machines. This one is by far my favorite. Really a plug and play product that looks cool, makes great coffee and is user friendly. The coffee tastes delicious and we're not even through the break in. There are plenty of customization options. Like a lot... Lots of coffee choices and the World Coffee feature is nice for new drink ideas. Read the manual or dig around the settings menus because there's stuff tucked away you don't want to miss. The size is a bit deeper than our Phillips Lattego but about the same footprint of the Jura S9 we had before that. This machine is well insulated so the sounds are muted and I appreciate that. The milk container pops in and out easily and is super simple to clean. I like the remote app. I can get up and as I turn off the alarm, I can turn on the machine. By the time I go to the kitchen, it's ready to go. I keep cups on the hotplate overnight so they're nice and warm. Cons: The hopper lid seems to just rest on the beans and static cling to it. When refilling, beans managed to escape all over the counter. I printed an extension to make the hopper itself 60mm deeper (look for the Siemens Eq700 in stl websites). Keeps the beans off the lid and we don't have to refill so frequently. Milk drinks start out warm/hot, more on the warmer end. Needs just one more extra-extra hot setting. Pro-Tip, when unpacking and wondering what they're talking about with the blue cold milk thing is, it's already in the coffee dispenser nozzle. The black is for room temperature (long shelf life) milk that is popular in Europe. And the other hose is for containers like the long life milk boxes, not just a random extra hose. Overall a great machine. We paid a little more for the stainless steel and it matches out black and silver appliances beautifully. If you're looking for a nice quality machine to up your coffee game, this is it. Happy caffinating!

Poor design
The bean hopper is designed with a plastic "grill" over the grinder. When you pour in coffee beans they tend to bounce off the grill and go all over the counter. You have to pour real slow and push the beans through the grill as you go along to avoid this. The used "pucks" of coffee are deposited straight into the drip tray where they mix with water and turn into a sludge. They give you a plastic flat shovel like scooper to remove the grinds, but it is pretty much like cleaning out a cat litter box. The touch menu/buttons do not work well. I had to 'tap' to get them to work mote often than not. The real show stopper was the On/Off button. From day 1 I always had to press it several times until I could the machine to turn on or off. After about 2 weeks it simply stopped working. Maybe I got a lemon, I don't know, but I had to return the machine. I decided not to exchange for a new one but instead went the Jura Z10 (which I'm super happy with)

EXCELLENT. JUST absolutely fabulous. Blows Miele and Jura clear out of the water.
Absolutely wonderful! Makes the best cappuccino! Super easy to clean the milk system. This is far better than the Miele machine I had (6350 model) and has a removable brew unit which can be removed for cleaning (which Jura does NOT have) -- It's really the best of whats out there. The Screen is beautiful and plenty responsive. Cup warmer works best when you turn cups upside down to build-up heat inside the mug/cup. The Stainless Steel model is the only one that has the cup warmer, if you don't need the stainless steel design or the cup warmer, go for the less expensive version. It's an awesome machine either way way and thats coming from someone who sold super-autos for 22 years! This machine warms-up quickly and makes an awesome espresso -- milk based drinks are a breeze, foam is delicious and works well with Almond Milk (which is all I use). The water tank is HUGE and the dump-box/drip tray are very intelligently designed for ease of waste removal and cleaning. I really can't say enough good about this. It's one of my absolute favorites!

Awesome design, simple to use, solid brew
I don’t normally write reviews like this. I’ve owned a high end Jura, a couple of Nespresso Vertuo cartridge espresso machines, and two Lavazza Classy Plus cartridge machines over the past decade years or so. Lately I was yearning for a new super automatic whole bean grind sort of machine, but not willing to swallow the cost of a new Jura (pick any model…). After some online research I settled on the Bosch 800 with all the bells and whistles- at an attractive Amazon Day price. That last bit helped. I felt like I was taking a bit of a risk. Even discounted the Bosch is a bit pricey. I needn’t of worried. So easy to setup, quiet and simple in operation, surprisingly fast to brew ( even fancy drinks) . I am sold. For a super automatic the Bosch has good espresso and even better latte, cappuccino, and similar fancy drinks. Best integrated milk steam approach I’ve tried. Very clear cleaning procedures (step by step via its stroking front panel LCD interface) and simple removal (30 seconds) and deep cleaning of brewing components. Easier to use than my iPhone. Highly recommended.

So Far, So Good
I have only had my machine for a few days. I was a bit afraid to order it because of the bad reviews but, so far, I am thrilled with it. I finally get coffee drinks, like a cafe au lait, made the proper way. It is such a big improvement over my previous $1,000 Philips! Update: I have now had my 800 with cup warmer for a week and I am in love! The machine is more than I ever wished for Another update: After two weeks, I am still in love with this coffee machine. It is beautiful and makes all kinds of great coffee. It is also easy to clean with instructions easy to follow. Another update: I have now had the machine for almost 3 months and am more in love with it every day. No problems whatsoever. I do heat a cup with hot water from it before making coffee. My favorites are cafe au lait and cappuccino.

Que mala experiencia.
Apenas recibí ayer mi pedido, la estoy desempacando ahora y resulta que esto no es completamente nuevo, viene llena de café y pague mucho dinero por una nueva pero resulta que nueva no es, que lamentable.

Excellent!
We tried 4 different automatic coffee machines and this was the best, that is before paying the price for a Jura!! We bought ours on sale $1800 on Prime Day. The 300 series didn’t give “hot” coffee, so we returned it for this one. It makes hot, good tasting, non-bitter coffee. We spend the $$$ for great coffee beans, from a local roasting company.. It’s very user friendly. It was easy to set up and it’s easy to use. It notifies you to empty any/all 3 items when necessary. I love the favorites button and the easy touch screen. It has nice graphics. It doesn’t look cheap like some others (at the same price point) and It’s nice looking on the counter also :) I’m not sure why the poor ratings, it’s excellent, in all areas!

Love it!
Have had mine now for 4 months and couldn’t be happier. Great product with a variety of coffee options. Everyone who I make a cup for loves it. Only issues is that the warm milk feature doesn’t let you set milk temp. The cup warmer doesn’t really warm cups. But don’t get me wrong the macchiato and cappuccino are fantastic and it’s super easy to use. In total it was worth every penny. It’s quiet even when grinding beans, it’s consistent, and it makes several types from espresso to a standard cup of joe.
