The instructions included in box are wrong. They direct you to load an app that doesn't exist and the product web site refers to the same app. I found a question posed by a purchaser on the Amazon site they asked about the app and the manufacturer indicated the app in the instructions was not valid and to use a different app. I tried the new app and it is not available in the US so you have to sign onto the app store in China which made me a little uneasy. I did it anyway and the new app didn't work anyway. I sent the manufacture an inquiry and they respond with a boilerplate narrative that tells you the camera may have been damaged in shipping or move the camera closer to the phone to connect. This of course didn't work. Don't waste your time with this product its not ready for primetime. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use and works great *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2018* I ordered 2 and had them set up within 10 minutes. It was super easy. I am not sure what issue the other reviews had with the app but it was in the instructions and worked just great. I have a Samsung Android J3. The quality and setting options are excellent.
