Not suitable for stomach sleepers with big stomachs
I'm a "I have a six-pack, only it's at the back of the fridge" kind of guy. All my life I've tended to sleep on my stomach, regardless of how I started out . . . or the shape of the bed. Because of my body shape, it's hard to sleep on my stomach and not have neck pain in the morning. Sometimes, my arm ends up underneath me to give me some support resulting in a numb and sore arm as well.This pillow didn't help with sleeping on my stomach, but it should for those of a more sleek design. It is a comfortable pillow, but does take some getting used to because of it's low profile as opposed to thicker pillows. My first night sleeping with it ended up with my back feeling like it was on fire. Subsequent nights, as I got used to it, got significantly lesser.It is nice and soft and seems to remain relatively cool, which is a nice feature. It also gives me reason to use my pillow cases again. I do recommend using a pillow case as the covering does not remove.Since I use a CPAP, I haven't noticed any difference to sleeping with it and with some other pillows.
