The bottle is hard to get into. But, the eye drops are very good. They don’t burn like some of the others. Once in the morning takes care of me for the day.

Great product and does would it is advertised to do. Was recommend by physician, Only problem at times it is impossible to get the eye drops out of the bottle.

I will not be buying this again especially from Amazon. The dispenser is problematic. You have to be able to tip your head way back and aim this directly over the center of your eye at the same time. It's like trying to hit the bullseye of a target unlike the previous bottles which allowed you to pull out your bottom eyelid and put a drop in. You can try that but odds are you will miss. And by the way, that’s the way my optometrist showed me to use eyedrops safely. And to make matters worse, squeezing the bottle is ridiculously difficult in order to get one drop to come out directly into the middle of the eye. It takes several attempts to get anything out. It seems the only way to get it to work is to continue to squeeze the bottle and wait for the drop. Good luck with that. No matter how good the solution is, it's no good if you can't get into your eye. They certainly didn't design this for handicapped people or seniors. Also it made my eyes feel dryer with a slight burning sensation which is most likely due to the fact it was probably spoiled. I rinsed my eyes out with an optical solution.

It took me. 15 minutes to open. Product is very good , would not purchase again. I’m going to back to regular refresh. Not worth the hassle.

I purchased these for my husband after his radiation oncologist suggested for eye irritation due to radiation treatment very very close to his eye. They are soothing his irritation and application is simple.

The product itself was fine. The way it's dispensed is not easy. Kept missing my eye; it would end up running down my cheeks.
