They work well
The capsules are all filled evenly. They were clean and free from having powder on the outside indicating precise care and handling. Seem to be of good quality. I was able to sleep good and woke up refreshed and with an increase of energy levels.

Messy
These were messy as the powder was all loose in the bag. I can’t say anymore than that or the review won’t get posted. Put these capsules in something that protects them. The powder is bright orange/red and will stain your hands a bit. I tried emptying the powder that spilled out everywhere into a container. Plus little pieces of capsule fragments everywhere

Many capsules were crushed and difficult if possible to swallow.
A nber of the capsules were crushed. The package should have been in a box - not a soft bag! I have not been taking this long enough to know if it helped me.
