I was lucky if I went once every 2 weeks and I'm not even joking it was horrible but after decades of dealing with it my body got used to that I guess and man within a couple of months of using vitadone I started having bowel movements once a day! That's huge to me bc like I said it's always been maybe every cpl weeks. Its also helped me with sweating, better sleep, and just gives me my glow back..trust me you will understand what im talking about but you have to work with it!!
