These slip-ons fit the bill and are extremely comfortable, and do not slip off the heel. It took a few times for the top to open up so it slips on easily. Not enough support to go on a hike with (LOL) but they really come in handy in a pinch for a quick walk outside or run an errand in the car. I also grabbed another pair that I put in my tennis bag to put on after I play on clay tennis courts. I take my tennis sneakers off and put on the slip-ons after I play so I don't run into marriage problems tracking in clay in the house.
