They lose the abrasiveness in a few strikes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by B***M on 23 March 2025* While the grit size is higher, for fountain pen nib grinding practice, the 2000 number is the only one I have used so far. even that is not very fine for the purpose, so need to be careful. But I have used it on 2-3 pens so far with good results. Have sharpened a Kanwrite broad stub nib, made Guider fine nib into fine architect and successfully reduced line thickness of a Hero fountain pen from broad to medium.
