But it really is a nice jacket! I've been looking for a military/olive green jacket of this material for awhile now in stores, but it's hard to find, especially for men (and even harder to find at a good price). I've only had it for a few days now, so I can't speak on it's durability, but it's a fashionable jacket (most of what you see in the picture is what you get); I just have a few warnings. One, it runs pretty big. I usually like a size large in jackets, but I was advised to order a medium by other users, and they were right; medium fits perfectly on me, and I'm about 6'0 185 lbs with a slim, muscular build as a frame of reference. Two, the plaid lining in the jacket did not come in the colors shown in the picture; it came in a lighter green and beige colors that I still think look good. Materials could rip, threads could tear, buttons could fall off. So it's never a good idea to jump to conclusions. That's just how things are. But this coat is the first coat that I have owned in my life that I instantly like the way I look in it. I have a different body than most designers look for. I lift weights, but I'm no Ambercrombie & Fitch model. I'm not fat, but all of my pants have room in the thighs and butt. My dress shirts are always slim fit with a little room in the neck. I usually look like an amateur powerlifter going through a cutting phase. So my coats are always too baggy and make me look like the little brother from the Christmas Story. I once had a sweatshirt I liked. A single sweatshirt. That's my body type.This coat shows off my glutes, because it hugs my hips without being skin tight across the belly. It hugs my shoulders without feeling like it'll rip across the back. Zipped up to the clavicle, it falls fashionably to the side. Simply put, I look good in this coat.
