Difficult to return unless you're very good at solving this puzzle!
I was impressed by Amazon describing it as an item that was rarely returned. Now I understand. It's impossible to get it back to its original shape to put it back in its box! It's OK, but a matter of taste. Quite expensive if a gift recipient isn't keen on it. Mine described it as making him feel stressed.

Funky little toy
Came fast and it was what it looked like. It’s stiff but not to much. Good size and easy to use. Probably for an other kid but it is easy to use. Fun to make little shapes.
