It couldn’t get the stand to stay put without bolting it to my sewing table. I took it apart and used elements to repair/customize a broken thread stand on a used serger I purchased. I don't want to return it for the one missing piece but now, because there is no parts list (or assembly instructions) included, I don't know the size or part number of the nut to make a claim. Now I need to find a method to have it sent to me.ALSO, regardless of the ease of assembly, there were no printed instructions. And when just looking at the base, you would think that you are missing a 4th thread holder even though I know I ordered a 3 thread holder.
