I have carpel tunnel syndrome and am awaiting surgery. My hands can get very painful and I have found that using this tape really helps to support my hands/wrists so i can function as normal throughout the day. The tape is of very good quality, I have used several different types of tape and have found that these stick so much better than cheaper brands. The stickiness of the tape is very good and strong. They are great value for money and would fully recommend.

The best kinesiology tape I have ever used! Would recommend rounding off the corners to get it to last. I have a long term health condition so was using this for on average a week after application, occasionally I had to trim a small amount to stop it catching but this was expected. It handles far more abuse than any other tape I've used. So represents good value for money compared to cheaper brands that don't last more than 24 hours. I play wheelchair basketball and found the tape stood up to use on my elbows during even the toughest training sessions. Few minor down sides it comes off with water - I got caught out in the rain and the tape lost its glue and came off my knee it's a downside but the manufacturer is very honest about this and there is a waterproof version. Did not stick well to feeding have some planter fasciitis in one foot probably because my foot got a bit sweaty the tape only lasted a few days but would you really want to go longer than that without washing your feet anyway?! Again in this circumstance the manufacturer recommends the H2O tape for feet.

used kt tape for a while. over the years alot of different makes have caused rashes and allergies and never stayed on as you would have hoped this stuff is perfect. sturdy, easy to cut and no allergy or soreness lasts for days with showers too so great

Excellent sport tape , I use regularly as chronic arthritis and it helps my knees, shoulders, getting me through work

Bought tape to assist recovery after surgery through ribs. So far so good although only a couple of days in. It's stayed on through showering and the colours are great.

Quick delivery, easy to apply by myself, stays put for at least five days despite daily workouts and showering and does provide relief for my tennis elbow, will order more when I've run out!
