Can I use it as a drinking fountain?

Exactly how do you connect the water hose to the incoming water supply to the toilet. No pic available. Sure would help!

All bidet come with t-connector. 1st. turn off water to toilet. Disconnect hose from inlet to toilet. attach t-connect to toilet ( t-connect supplied with bidet.Then attach water hose to t-connector and other end attach to the bidet inlet poly tube. This tube also come with bidet accessaries. one end to t-connector and other end to the bidet water on-0ff switch.

Is there an option for water temperature control? I like my water warm.

on the MB110 no ability to use warm water... In designs like this you need a model that accepts warm water input from a hot water tap in the sink and a long hose over to the bidet... if you are willing to put up with that then that is your choice. There are units at $300 and up that will heat water in the bidet but they require you to install an electrical outlet near the bidet

How far does the bidet protrude from the left side of the toilet? I have minimal space on the sides of my toilet.

It protrudes only on the right side. About 4 inches from the widest part of the toilet bowl depending on how you are able to position the adjustable bolt holes to fit the toilet set bolts that hold it in place. All bidets I could find listed are right handed.
