Are these good in the snow?

Not good in snow, when it is packed down they are slippery. The sole is too hard in the cold. But still a good boot

Im wondering how long these last because I'm hoping to get these to last till February of-next year (2020)

I’ve had a pair of these boots and the fit was very good. I do wish the shaft was was higher as my pants get caught at the top. The life of these boots, at least mine, was years not months as you are hoping the last until Feb of 2020. My only problem I discovered was I could not get them re-soled. I would still be wearing them if I could have gotten another sole put on.

Are these non slip work boots?

They are, have a nice tread on them. I love mine
