Ditch the fly paper, this is better
Over the years, I have tried several types of fly paper that were, at best, mediocre in quality, difficult to work with, and always disgusting. In total, I probably spent more than the cost of this one simple product. This indoor zapper is far more economical, simple to use, and highly effective. Plug it in, and house flies, fruit flies, and gnats don't stand a chance. Initially, I thought it was cruel to zap them. Then I realized that an instant zap was probably kinder than slow death by fly paper. The zapper also doesn't look too bad. It just looks like there's another electronic device in your home. Not beautiful, but certainly acceptable, and a huge improvement over what you see on fly paper. Some things to keep in mind: 1) It makes a rather loud snap each time it zaps a bug, so be ready for it. I got used to it, but it was startling at first. 2) The "off-on" switch is located on the side. Depending on where you place the item, it may be hard to reach the controls. I plugged it into a small surge protector that's easy to access, and that solved the problem. 3) Add a little food. I use wet cat food. Even though the bugs are attracted to the zapper's light, the food seems to attract more insects. This product includes a small brush to help you sweep out the tray. I highly recommend this product.

Solid indoor and outdoor
We use this in our kitchen. It has been great for fruit flies and moths. We used it outside a few times for mosquitoes while at a BBQ. Works great and is completely silent.

LEDs dude! Yeah, long lasting bug free action in the casa brochachos!
Works as intended with no issues! Kill flying insects like no tomorrow! We get mosquitos here in the desert now, yeah in the middle of the desert where nothing but deadly coral snakes, rattlesnakes, scorpions, and mange coyotes exist! It's dry out here and easily get above a 100 degrees and we have freakin' mosquitos now! Yes, no water in sight either. Anyways went through a few bug light that have the tube lights in them and they just randomly burn out. So, I gave this LED one a shot and its been working out like a champ. I also like picking up a house plant here and there to have something green to look at because it is just arid dry desert out here and a few fruit flies multiplied that I guess came in the soil and I just added this bug lamp next to it and bam! bam! bam! All dead critters! Within opening the box, plug it on and flick it on and it is ready to go! Super easy to use. No weird odor or issues. Now I reckon' I can go back to playin' the guitar on the porch again and grilling some steaks without having to deal with those pesky critters again. Yes, I am being serious.

it works.
super fast shipping, they listed 1 day and it was there the next day! Now onto the product. Simple to use, on and off switch and a carrying handle. Noticed the drop in flies around the house in 2-3 days of having it up. We have a small gap in our screen door that been fixed a couple times now, dog lets himself out side. And there is something satisfying to hear that "zapp" when a fly hits it.

Indoor bug zapper that really works
I can't say enough good things about this one because I am so happy with its performance indoors. It really works well it's a pleasure to hear the sound that it makes when it bushes one of those bugs or gnats.

Pow!!!! Another one bites the dust!
We live in the tropics with poor screens and doors frequently left open. This is one more layer to avoid itchy bites and most importantly prevent Dengue fever. This is in my living room. The uninitiated always jump the first few times this thing goes off. It sounds like a cap gun! As you can imagine, bug remains distribute themselves in the area. So mopping is a good idea. I don't recommend this over carpet. I have recommended it personally to friends. It's not magic... But it helps!

Amazing but the sound still makes me jump if near it.
Amazing. I bought this for indoor tiny fruit flies that come in with produce, especially organic herbs :( but now i get so happy when i hear a zap. Takes up no space at all. Has not tipped over one time. I never hung it; i just keep it on a little shelf adjacent to the kitchen. It does get frightfully loud at the electrifying moment as both I and my cat usually jump at the sound.

This bug zapper works great!
My wife brought a house plant inside, and we discovered the ground it was planted in was infested with a tiny gnat. They settled somewhere else. We were unable to find exactly where this was after getting rid of the plant. This device killed a few hundred in the first few days and each day after the quantity became less and less until now it only kills a few in a day!
