Works fabulous. Soft and held my head and neck up in a comfortable position. I actually prefer my head to lean a bit so I made lose the mask and straps a bit to let me lean to the side a little. It's never comfortable sleeping on a plane however this worked way better than any neck pillow has for me. I didn't end up using the chin strap but that could be help if a person likes there head more straight. I'm sure I looked super silly but getting some sleep was more important to me.

Worked better than I was expecting.This will for sure keep your head from bobbing when flying and it is surprisingly comfortable. I didn't use the chin straps with it yet because the eye mask worked well by itself. It definitely keeps the light out, but did make my ears feel a little hot. It does a decent job of keeping you up right while sleeping but it doesn't really negate the travel related aches or pains you may get from sitting still especially since this does hold you in place pretty well.It's very easy to attach and store. I like it.

This is amazing! I generally can't sleep on a plane, especially sitting upright. I've tried many travel neck pillows only to be disappointed as most push your head forward or don't support sleeping sitting up. Sleeping on a plane is challenging or impossible. I used this head and jaw support on a long haul flight recently and was able to get some sleep! Yay! I fly mostly with a carry-on and personal item bag. This otem is light weight, packs up small and easily fits into my personal item bag. I will be taking this with me on every red-eye or long-haul flight. In my opinion, worth every penny.

So I am a terrible sleeper, if at all, on long overnight flights to Europe. Had the neck pillow which did not work at all. My issue is neck drift and my mouth opening, while seated. So I got this secured eye mask for my trip to Spain this past fall. After the meal and a gummy later, I put my ear plugs in, got this assembled which was super easy, and proceeded to try and sleep. First off, it does a really good job at securing your head orientation so you body senses that it can relax your neck muscles. With the eye mask and chin strap, the rest of your body can start to relax. Note, you should wear really comfortable, loose clothes to ensure max comfort. Getting up to use the bathroom is super easy with the Velcro and it can stay ready and assembled on the seat head rest when not in use. Ultimately, I was in and out of sleep which for me is already a huge improvement. Finally, the cabin lights came on for breakfast so the 5 hours of sleep time passed quickly. Overall, very effective device and easy to pack, ( about the size of a softball). Highly recommend.

I wanted to love this but it just didn’t work for me. I’m 6’ tall and airplane seats aren’t really adjustable. I had to slouch quite a bit to wear this. This would be perfect if I were a little shorter. I think it’s definitely worth a try - especially with the chin strap.

I bought this airplane pillow ( for my husband for our long flight to Thailand, and he absolutely loved it! He’s usually hard to please when it comes to travel comfort, but this pillow was a game-changer. He slept better than anyone in the family, which says a lot! It provided great support and made the long journey so much more comfortable. I will definitely be buying another one for our next trip. Highly recommend! ✈️🛏️💤

I really wanted to love this because the idea sounds amazing, but it ended up being more complicated than I thought. It was hard to set up properly while sitting on the airplane, and honestly, not very practical to carry around during travel either. It’s a good concept, but for me it didn’t work out the way I had hoped.

This travel pillow is awesome for long flights and car rides. The chin strap really helps stop my head from falling forward, so I can actually sleep without waking up with a sore neck. It’s soft, supports my head all around, and even comes with a sleep mask. Makes those long flights more pleasurable, since I can actually sleep. Took a star off since the velcro is very strong but be careful with pulling it off from the device itself. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement. The thing also looks a little silly when in use, but I didn't mind.
