This machine has really helped. It was recommended by my physical therapist. I use it twice a day and have less pain, more flexibility and better walking ability. It doesn't require much space and is very user friendly. I have it set up at my couch so I'm very comfortable when using it. I haven't found anything negative about this machine and I would purchase it again.

As my job requires me sitting for long hours, this is perfect to have my feet and calves moving while sitting for a long period of time. It helps with circulation. For exercise to lose weight, get a proper elliptical machine, this one is not it.

I bought this machine a month ago and I’ve used it for at least an hour or two every day. Very easy to assemble. Very easy to operate and it’s very quiet. I’m 82 years old and setting & watching TV using this I feel like at least I’m moving and getting some exercise. It’s really helped my mobility and balance in the month that I’ve used it.

The machine is built with better than average quality materials and should be durable enough to handle many different body types. Please note: THIS MACHINE IS NOT DESIGNED TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT! In my opinion this machine is essentially a device that can be used as therapy for common lower back and leg issues. The machine is ergonomically designed as well to deliver a good workout. This device functions exactly as it is advertised. For example, many people have posted that the product only has one speed level but this is not true. I think what they are saying is that there is only one level of workout intensity but there are 12 different levels of speed. The device has to be in the manual mode of operation before you can access this function and this is done by using the remote control device. I purchased this device in late July because I had injured my lower back which resulted in trauma to my sciatica nerve. It was very difficult to walk because of the excruciating pain. Trying to get out of bed after sleeping was even more painful. After visiting my physician and getting a pain shot which gave me a mild but temporary relief from the pain, I was told by the doctor that the best way to recover from this type of injury was to do lower body stretching and to do slow hip and leg movement exercises. So I bought what I thought was the best device based on the cost. After about a week of doing 3 to 4 times a day 15 minute workouts , I noticed that I had a lot more flexibility in my hips, legs, and calf’s, which is where I had the most pain. After two weeks I could get out of the bed in the mornings with only marginal pain. By week four, I probably had recovered 90% of my original flexibility and I had very little pain in my lower back, glutes, and calf muscles. After six weeks I was about 99% of normal physical strength and function. Without this device I don’t know what I would have done. Sciatic nerve pain is incredibly unbearable and I wish this kind of pain on no one. Yes, the doctor did give me a medication for pain but I took the medication off and on so that I could observe the effect of the medication versus the machine. In my opinion, taking pain medication alone is only marginal effective. The results were clear, this device and other devices similar in type are effective alternatives to help reduce the symptoms of pain associated with sciatica nerve trauma, and helps in the recover from such injurious events.

Very easy to use! Started out with once cycle….started cramping…..kept doing it throughout the day a little more each time. In one week I am up to 2 hrs at one time!! 60 and very sedentary……this is helping so much!! LOVE pedaling backwards! 😊
