The webcam is excellent, lookwise, built quality is top-notch.I'd say I'm slightly disappointed.1. heating issue2. no windows hello supportUpdate:- working fine, so far so great. 👍If you want to make a video/conference call or like to stream at 4k 30 or 1080p 60 & you don't have any USB c port on your desktop or laptop, then you have to purchase a belkin usb a to USB c high speed cable. I bought and finally 4k 30/1080p 60 has become possible. Before that only 1080p 30 or 720p was possible.Now here comes the big BUTTT......It's getting really hot while streaming or making video calls even at 720p.HEATING PROBLEM IS THERE. 🥺OTHERWISE IT IS EXCELLENT 👌👍

If you are particular about the windows face unlock go for the other MX Brio model with a inbuilt infra red cam. This one doesn't!Otherwise, works good as a regular webcam.

This is a very good camera. Comes with a thick USB C cable, capable for 4k streaming really well. I use it with OBS Studio, works nicely.The 1/4 inch mount needs a washer to clamp properly on most tripods.

Excellent quality. Ensure Set flicker reduction at 50Hz in camera app. If you set it at 60 Hz you might see flicker lines on screen when you have led lights turned on in room. Included three images for reference, at 2160p 30fps - Setting, laptop monitor, and on 4k display.

Video quality is better than Brio 500. Works great in low light.
