Surprisingly, Novamex cooler has excellent humidity control. I initially kept curtains open and used and humidity was less, very comfortable and fast cooling. After a while, tried with window open but curtains drawn closed, it was cool, comfortable no humidity and stickiness. Noise level is that of a fan at full speed. The cooler throws good volume of air at even low speed. A sure buy if you are looking for excellent cooling with low humidity and comfortable environment. Noise level gets adjusted like you get used to the noise of a fan.Thanks Novamex Team.☺️

I would not recommend novamax coolers again due to their service incapability. I have ordered Novamax Proto 100ltr cooler and it has issues with water pump. When i raised the service request it was assigned to Ganesh Swan Agency and after few days past no one has reached to my home for the service. When i have called Novamax customer care they wanted me to check directly with Ganesh Swan Agency and when i checked with them they regused the service saying they are no longer supporting novamax brand and when i tried calling novamax customer care call is getting disconnected after certain period of time.

The product is good with the unique design and the large capacity of water storage. The air flow is so good at the point of high speed. It is totally worth it and the wheels are very strong and so smooth to move the cooler from here and there.

The media could not be loaded. Body:Body is quite sturdy and strong. Nothing better in the market when compared with this cooler.Air Throw:The air throw is really good, but due the same heavy throw the swing only deflects air to around 30 degrees, which when compared to other coolers is very less.So, you will only feel the air in the straight.Water Consumption:Due to its large cooling pads, it becomes a thirsty camel in a desert.All 75 litres will vanish within 2-3 hours, if you have room temperature around 38-40°C.If connected to a water source, then only you will be able to enjoy it, else you have to fill it every 2-3 hours.Cooling Pad:Cooling pad is thick and large. It is also quite dense.Though the water dripping mechanism is not upto mark, as with the current setup the water pump only throws water at the very ends of the water dripping canal, due to which all the water drips from the edges of the cooling pad, and half of the cooling pad stays dry. Which gives you an inefficient cooling experience.Other models like Rambo Jr have better canal dripping mechanism.

This is a robust and very sturdy cooler with an excellent air throw.if your room size is above 150 sqft then definitely go for it.it will literally chill your room.

Worst product by Bitpro Seller, defective and Amazon has not returned it

The cooler has very good design, strong wheels, high quality and long cable plastic quality is also very good. Noise level is acceptable as well. No water split around cooler.. only improvement area is a hook to hang the cable ..We are quite happy and satisfied with cooler. With hope to save energy compared to AC. Thanks very much.
