Okay so I am a complete newbie to this sauna life. I used the blanket for a little over 20 mins. I thought I could go for 35 but it got hot. I would say if you are new to this level 1 is the best setting. I went up to 3 and almost jumped out of the blanket because it got 🥵. I'm really excited to see what it does for me. I am aiming for 3 days a week to start. Easy to use, nicely packaged, great product for the price. Actually I had one that was 60 bucks more in my cart when I found this. It was worth the switch!

I don’t have much to compare this to, but it definitely makes me break a sweat! It stores quite nicely as well.

The quality of the blanket is great. It seems like it would hold up very well and for a long time. My issue was that the blanket doesn't get nearly as hot as it is advertised. Amazon says it gets to 185 degrees and the instructions that come with the blanket say 85 degrees (see page 11 in the instructions). Two vastly different numbers. No way it even gets to 100 degrees. I put it at level 6 (highest level) and used it for 40 minutes and I didn't break a sweat. The blanket got warm after 15 minutes but definitely not hot enough to make me sweat like a traditional sauna. If you're looking for a good sweat and not something to just warm you up then I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Just got around to using this one and all I can really say is…. WOW! I live in a small rural community in an apartment. My local gyms do not have saunas or steam rooms. I used to live in a city where gyms came equipped with both. This is perfect for my situation! I can wipe it down easily, fold it up when I’m done and put it away for next use. It’s easily just plug and play. It comes with a waffle blanket and emergency blankets if you want to sweat more. I did use the waffle blanket to go around my neck to help keep in the heat. Boy did it deliver on the heat. I am used to saunas. I used this one on a warm up for 15 minutes at level 5, then cranked it up to level 6 for 45 minutes. As you can see from the images, it does its job masterfully! This did not disappoint at all! Make sure you keep a water bottle handy or even some Gatorade or electrolytes drink handy and sip it as you go. Obviously when you sweat like this you are losing your body water and electrolytes.

It does the job but tough to keep for small apartment

Most other products work with 110-220v but this one doesn't. Other than that it's a good product - it does take a lot of power (560W) so I'm not sure if it's really IR or just a heated coil.
