First impression when I used for sound was WOW the bass and clarity was superb. Second impression for Wfh Zoom meetings was clear and crisp and again, superb. Third impression was WOW, these padded ears that lay flat on the ear are so nice Vs. The other headsets and the flex strap under the bar is way better than those standard headsets. No more migraines. Yay Lastly the Fourth impression and seal the deal that these are worth every penny was the insane noise cancelling. I was in a zoom group with one other coworker practicing our roles of CD together when suddenly my 1yr old dog whose locked in my bedroom with me, begins barking uncontrollably because my son arrived home from school and she senses him. I panicked and tried to shush her as I couldn't reach the door to open at the time. I apologized to my coworker and he's said "Oh, what" I asked "Didn't you hear my dog going crazy barking?" He replied "No" I about fell out of my chair in shock. Not kidding!! I explained to him what just took place as I laughed and said "Wow these are some dam good headsets"

This headset is comfortable on my big head. It's adjustable. I like the padding on the ear cups. The volume and mute buttons are very responsive and work properly. I use it with Teams and the hardware works perfectly. Sound quality is clear with zero static. I chose the connector that works with both USB C and USB A. It's great to have that option since newer laptops have the USB C ports only.

I got this headset because while I love wireless headphones, I've been continuously frustrated by Bluetooth headsets failing to connect successfully with my laptop and even my iPhone; at least with wired headphones, I'm guaranteed a connection! These headsets provide for excellent listening, and others can hear me clearly when speaking, for example, on Zoom. The headset is comfortable to wear, too. Last but not least, there are multiple options for connecting, whether through a jack, USBA, or USBC. I'd actually gotten them initially because they had a jack, given USB ports are at a premium, but once I realized I could connect with the smaller-sized USB port, for which there is less "competition," I hooked it up that way instead with no issues! Still, though, with USB port availability being at a premium generally, it's nice to know it's possible to connect with a traditional jack if the circumstances demanded it! I'm happy enough with this headset that I'm going out on a limb to purchase the wireless version, too, for greater mobility, so I'm not always chained to the headset; however, at least one commenter reported connectivity issues with the wireless version; I hope that's not the case for me, but if that happens, at least I can fall back on this reliable wired version. I use Genesys as my phone system for my WFH. It works great for about 5 months. Then the quality started declining quickly. The noise cancellation stopped and so did the connectivity.

While these are very nice, the only problem I have with them is that it sounds like you have your hands over your ears when you’re talking and you can kind of hear yourself while you talk. Which is a little bit difficult to manage until you get used to it. Other than that, it’s a really great product. Great noise canceling. I just wish I didn’t hear my muffled self talking.

Overall, have to say it is worth the price to pay. Especially since I am in the call center business. Solid audio, clear mic, background audio is muted out. If I can recommend, I'd say invest

The noise cancelling mic appears effective. The cushioned ear pads provide passive noise reduction that makes it easier for you to hear and understand the person on the other side of your call. The cushioned ear pads also make it comfortable for all day use. This Poly headset seems better value for money compared to the Jabra Evolve2 50 that I was using prior. The Jabra was a little more uncomfortable, had some audio delay issues, and is more expensive.

Great quality but unfortunately it is not application-independent. When you unmute one app it unmutes all of them. For example, I host Zooms and Teams at the same time, and when I unmute my phone app to answer a phone call it also unmutes Zoom and Teams.

It is easy to use and works seamlessly with any hiccups. The microphone and sound quality are good. It is also comfortable to wear.

Uso queste cuffie praticamente tutti i giorni per lavoro e mi trovo benissimo. L’audio è chiaro sia per me che per chi mi ascolta, e il microfono fa davvero un ottimo lavoro nel ridurre i rumori di fondo. Ottima anche la funzione che ti avverte se hai il muto mentre parli, capita spesso durante le call che inizi a parlare dimenticandomi del microfono mutato e questa funzione mi torna molto utile. Sono leggere e molto comode, anche dopo diverse ore di chiamate. Davvero un prodotto di qualità, super consigliato!

Funciona bien, se escucha muy bien y viene con empaque de tela elástico para guardar tus auriculares. Trae entrada Jack (sin control de volumen) y entradas C y USB (ambas con control de volumen y mute).
