NO. It does not. I had to pull the pump and insert an external one-way check valve on a nipple above the pump. I just LOVE having to do a difficult job like pulling a well pump twice.Also, the stated GPM for the pump is severely overrated. The previous two pumps that I ran before this one were an 18 GPM Gould and a 22 GPM Red Lion. Both of those pumps discharged a much higher volume than this Schraiber does. Now some of my fruit trees on the end of my irrigation line are barely getting any water. They had plenty with the other pumps.Is is quiet? Yes, for the first few hours. But after it cycles on a few dozen times it is just as noisy as any other pump.For the 1.5 HP of electricity that is uses, this is a very weak pump. Advertising it with an integrated check-valve is false advertising. Be warned, if you are trying to save money you will end up having a weak pump that will need an external check-valve put into your downpipe. ### ⭐ Had to change. Motor gets under a load and trips the breaker! Company nKes you pay for shipping to cover the warranty. Buy local and said yourself a headache!Seemed like a good pump. It's been running for a week and no issues. My water pressure increased so dramatically that I had to install an inline pressure regulator valve to decrease the pressure.
