What I can say is that it is easy to prepare, just like a normal loose tea. The taste? Well I don't think it will be to everybody's taste. It's kind of like the flavour you might get from a strong black tea, with no milk. Maybe that's why they suggest having it with a meal????? I think it would benefit after putting through a tea strainer and then you could drink it down to the dregs without getting a mouthful of the leaf and fine grass-like stuff in the bottom of the cup.
