These are excellent they only contain curry leave powder. Just one ingredient with no added unnecessaries. Can have 2 a day. I always add curry powder to my dinner as it has huge health benefits. Definitely value for money and i highly recommend them.

I was surprised that there was no curry smell off these tablets. I do like the smell of curry leaves in the garden, but for anyone who is put off by this, they neither taste or smell like curry. I had to look up the benefits of curry leaves. Although, the information is on the box, I couldn't find it in the advert. There is research that suggests they could help reduce blood sugar levels, but the main reason I got them was to maintain a healthy heart and keep cholesterol levels down.
