Extremely easy to assemble good material highly recommended

The media could not be loaded.  Comfy and easy to clean and pull the bed out. It looks good. When pulled all the way in sleep position, this sofa make a queen size laying space. It is very firm. I purchased a mattress topper to go with it. The arm rest plug in to allow charging for phones and tablets. Pieces are interchangeable and that made it worth the money. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the chaise(extremely spacious); it came with a small scratch on it. I don't have the energy to pack it up and send it back. The 2 boxes that the sofa shipped in were very heavy.

I am so sad with this purchase. I love the couch- its size and versatility are perfect for small spaces. The major and glaring problem is that is arrived in terrible and damaged condition. Items from both boxes were damaged. This is not one area of damage. This is multiple items damaged. All of the couch pieces were ripped underneath. The leather front was ripped. The metal base was broken off AND there were loose screws in the box. What makes matter worse, it the terrible customer service. Management should be ashamed. There was zero quality control when this item was shipped to me.The seller wants me to pack it all up again, in the original boxes and packages and send it back. This is likely at least 500 pounds. What I suspect is that someone else did this, and the couch was sent directly to me.My best advice is to avoid this product at all costs and try to find one from a more reputable seller.Such a shame that this company's store standards are so low.I read a similar review from another seller (on the same couch) and hoped that I would be lucky with this purchase. I was not. It's not worth the risk.

Easy to put together, very sturdy feel, very comfortable to sit and lay on, great little couch for the price

The sofa looked decent, but the sleeper section is unable to roll out because one of the wheels came broken in half (see photo).Would be a five star if it had not arrived with a broken part that eliminated such a key feature of the product like the pull-out sleeper.

I have a huge, master bedroom, in which part is like a family room. It has so many features, the fit, quality, and even my picky dog sleeps on it to my surprise.

The picture shown at time of purchase is perfect, but not in real time! After assembly there remains a notable gap in the space between the couch and the lounge.The seat is too narrow as if made for small people. Im only 5’4” and the seat ends at mid thigh! My feet hang out of the lounge!A sofa is the piece of furniture where you’re able to relax, watch a movie, enjoy company, not sit straight up like you’re in a classroom.When open to sleep, the bed is uncomfortable because you find yourself trying to avoid the metal frame of the pullout jabbing you in the back!The only reason I decided to keep this is because I am an elderly person and after assembling this on my own, ( which was was actually not so difficult), the thought of un assembling and repacking this in its original packing presents quite a task for me.So I want buyers to know this is an overpriced “small” sofa. Not worth it.

So far it’s been great. It was easy to put together, but it does feel a little firm to sit on which I don’t mind. My only gripe is it’s not normal height. The back is like for a kid but for my small living room it works. It was definitely Worth the price but being that the back is so small I could only do a four stars.
