I wear a size 11 and there wasn’t a lot of extra cleat to spare so I would say they wouldn’t fit a size 14 shoe. For the price you could try it if you don’t plan on wearing these very often. They are not professional grade.

Yes, the spikes are long enough to prevent you from slipping on a slope lawn. However, the velco straps don't hold together with your shoe and gunite spiked shoes.
