Q: I have some of this rice without cooking instructions. Can you please pass those on to me?

The instructions call this an alternative to the traditional risotto method which takes 18-20min.: Use water and rice in a 3 to 1 ratio. Put 3 parts water into a pan and bring to a boil, add salt and the 1 part of rice. Cook for 10-11 minutes, turn off the heat, add extra virgin olive oil and grated parmigiano cheese. Stir and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Or you can follow your favorite risotto recipe.
